Lenten Reading

Ash Wednesday is next week, February 25! In trying to prepare my lenten sacrifices for this year, I realized that I am in major need of new spiritual reading books. Does anybody have any recommendations?? Please share!!

Introduction to The Devout Life by St. Thomas De Sales is awesome. I Believe in Love by Jean C. J. d'Elbée is also incredible. The second book is a personal retreat based on the theology of Saint Therese so would be a nice read during Lent. Both can be ordered through Amazon

"World's First Love" by Fulton Sheen. Beautiful book about Mary and why/how we need her. Check it out before you buy it: http://books.google.com/books?id=bfdNFS5MheYC&dq=world%27s+first+love&printsec=frontcover&source=bn&hl=en&ei=CgejSdX6LMTMnQeuyPX8DQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=4&ct=result#PPP1,M1

Swear to God by Scott Hahn. It's about the sacraments. I <3 the Hahns.
